Each item from Art of the 7th Lily is made-to-order with soulful intention. We honor your experience and offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive misprinted, damaged, or defective. This policy outlines how to initiate a request and what qualifies for resolution.
In the near future, Art of the 7th Lily will offer hand-crafted goods. These offerings may carry distinct refund terms, which will be clearly noted in each product listing.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
Misprinted, damaged, or defective items
Lost packages (see Shipping & Delivery Policy)
We do not offer exchanges, as each item is custom-produced. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be unworn and in the same condition as received.

To request a replacement or refund, please get in touch with us through the Etsy messaging portal at: www.7thlily.etsy.com. Please address the subject line: REPLACEMENT & REFUND REQUEST
Include the following:
Your name
Shipping address
Etsy order number
Tracking number
Description of the issue
Photos of the affected item
We’ll review your request and offer either a refund or a reshipped replacement. There is no need to return the item, unless you prefer to — in which case, return shipping is your responsibility.
If your item is lost in the mail, please first check with the carrier. If it cannot be recovered, email us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date with the subject line: LOST ITEM IN TRANSIT
Include your name, shipping address, order number, and tracking number. We’ll cover the cost of reprinting and shipping a replacement.
